The Plate Replaces the Pyramid

Well, it's time to say bye-bye to the Food Pyramid. This is the new representation for how we should eat to be healthy. And I really like it! It's simple and clear cut. What do you think? Do you eat anywhere close to this recommendation? :)

I like it much better!

However, we don’t need to change the food graphic; we need to change the way we eat!

LOL, Vince. yeah, I was trying to picture when my plate has ever looked like the diagram. Probably not often! :)
